Coaching youth soccer is a challenging task and the soccer coach should plan out the practice session based on the age group of the players. For example, if he is coaching players under the age of seven, it's important to follow a few tips for an under 7 soccer training.

It's essential to use special soccer techniques to train them to shoot and score more goals. Under 7 soccer players look for fun in the training session, so you must plan out accordingly.

Let them practice a variety of youth soccer drills in which they could score goals. The more they will score goals, the more they will enjoy and love the training session and the game.

Let Them Chase The Ball

Kids usually love chasing the ball and there are their kind of joy just in doing that and get a chance to touch and kick it. They take it as a challenge that they have to chase and touch the ball.

The Longer Soccer Training Sessions

The U7 soccer coaches should prepare the training session to run shorter period of time. The longer the soccer lessons for the kids at this age will bring no good results.

Keep it short - And by "short" I mean thirty to forty minutes.

Another benefit of the shorter soccer training session is that this way, the excitement of the soccer experience then remains fresh in the minds of the kids. They would like to come back. And they will... with a smile in their faces!

Keep in mind this simple under 7 soccer training tips and I'm sure you can make it more fun for them.
